Turkey Trot

At the elementary where Klai goes, they have an annual Turkey Trot. Each class selects a few kids to run and then each grade races to win a Turkey (or chicken or pie). Klai was asked to run and she was so excited!! We even did a few practice runs at home.

Klai signing in, she's the one on the green chair in a white jacket talking to the lady in bright green.

Klai after Dad giving her the pep talk and she is ready to rock this race!!

Klai is on the right side of the photo, in the black pants....HERE SHE GOES!!!

RRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!

This is how the race went......She did Great!! But she didn't win a Turkey, maybe next year.

The Ohana Adventure Podcast

As entrepreneurial parents of 6 kids, we have had quite the adventures. We have had 100,000+ comments asking us how we have done what we've done. We are now turning on these mics and sharing the wins and losses we've experienced in hopes to help others celebrate or overcome theirs!

    1. i love the hang loose hands and the serious face! i bet she was close to winning - she is a fast little lady! next year she'll blow all of them out of the water!

    2. i love the high five at the end with her friend. True Sportmanship. i remember watching this race a few times when we were there. much more fun to watch when klai is running though. love you.
