Cinco de Mayo Sale

May 8, 2007 | Celebrate | 4 comments

We do sales every so often, and we thought Cinco de Mayo would be a great day to do one. Well we did tons of advertising, bought a good amount of snacks to giveaway, got a Pinata for the kiddies to hit and we decorated the store. I was so excited, and I was positive that this would be a great sale day with tons of people. Well….I want you to know that this was the great amount of people (and the only) that showed…as you can see the majority of them were under the age of 8! Well hey the store looked like a party was going on, and I got some great snacks.

it will all pay off in the end…those kiddies will go tell their parents about your store and then they’ll want to go see the ‘cool’ and ‘fun’ store every time they’re in the shopping center and their parents will buy buy buy because YOU made them happy on cinco de mayo….we sure hope, right?!?!:D

I agree with Brenley. Kids have a fun way of remembering things. Ethan and Gabby are always asking about this mediocre place called “Planet Pizza” downtown that we have no desire to ever return to again. For them it was magical and wasn’t poorly lit and smelly.
