President Hinckley

If you haven't heard the news, our beloved Prophet, President Hinckley has passed away. When hearing the news, I thought that I should be very sad. Though I am sad that he has passed away, I feel so lucky to have had a priviledge to know him in his teachings and the work that he has done. He was a great prophet and wonderful man who did many great things for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I think that I will remember him for the many Temples that were built in his time, his great humor, his love for everyone and so much of his teachings. I am excited to meet our next Prophet and counselors will be. What will you remember most about President Gordon B. Hinckley?

    1. I remember "The Bar" being raised and what that's done to the missionary effort. He required excellence. . . lovingly required excellence, and I am so grateful for that. His love and encouragement made me a better person in every way.

    2. Oh my goodness! where in the world did you find that bug thing? That is way freakish. I like cookie family, but I would always be tempted to bite their heads off...hahahaha
