I have found this fabulous site that has great organizing tips. Mondays are always Menu Plan Monday. I find that if I make a plan detailed or not, it makes dinner easier throughout the week.
So here is my menu plan for the week:
Wednesday - Chicken Enchiladas, Chips & Salsa, Salad w/Ranch Dressing
Thursday - Left Over Night (anything from Sunday - Wednesday) Or anything you can find in the fridge...even PB & J if necessary
Saturday - French Bread Sandwiches, Chips & pickles
Sunday - Roast Beef, Rice, Salad w/Sesame Oil Dressing
