Rykel & Klai were playing out in back & I hear them running in towards the back bedroom where we are at. And with great excitement they are screaming:
“Look Mom BUTTERFLIES!!”
“and there’s TWO of them.”So after examination…she is correct there are two of them. And they are stuck together..hmmmm I wonder why?
Well we didn’t go into details about the birds & the butterflies…but we did mention that they were making a baby…this is too soon for me.

(sorry the pic is blurry…I’m so embarrassed since so many of you are beyond fabulous photographers)BUT I totally thought it was funny…we had them put them back and for the rest of the day & into the next they kept telling me how they saw baby butterflies. We then did a science lesson on caterpillars & butterflies, a great learning experience.
(I hope they lived, toddler handling is NOT always so soft)
