Homemade Laundry Soap!

YES I have made homemade Laundry Detergent!!

Ingredients:
1/2 C Borax – $3.38/4 lbs = $.17/ half cup
1 C Baking Soda – $5.89/12 lbs = $.24/cup
1 Bar of Soap – Lever 2000 = $.56/bar
3 Gal WARM water in a bucket

HOW TO:
grate soap..so it looks like cheese (do NOT eat)

Boil a few cups of water & add grated soap, stir till melted.
Add soapy water to bucket.
(pictures from Raising Olives Blog I got the recipe from her. LOVE IT.)
Add Borax & Baking Soda to bucket & stir till well disolved.
Let sit overnight & BOOM you just made HOME MADE Laundry Soap!
So I made mine & the clothes smell lovely afterward &
I will do a stain test in the next few days & let you ALL know. So FUN!
Price breakdown
homemade soap = $.02 per load
Tide with Bleach = $.17
WHAT A GREAT DEAL!
