LEGOS

May 1, 2010 | Family Life | 5 comments

The last couple of weeks my world of entertaining the kids have changed…due to a few factors. I am trying to weed out the unused toys & go back to toys that inspire creativity. But also trying to get the kids to get a long better while playing….that has been crazy.

So the last couple weeks we have been taking care of our neighbors chickens, guinea pigs, turtle & yard. The kids have done so well. They love feeding them, collecting eggs, and running in their yard.

And this last week Jase busted out his lego collection (small…very small collection) for the kids to play with. THEY will sit for an hour playing & creating things together. Now I am on the hunt for legos…but dang they are expensive.

Playing in this house has definitely changed for the better.
They are entertaining themselves better, being more responsible & getting along better. What a great week!

they are kind of expensive, as i found out this past Christmas. but you can slowly add to your ever-growing collection and they will build so many awesome things.

ah, so THAT's why you snatched up all our lego bags at the garage sale. Hope they love them like my kids have. I'm sure our collection will quickly grow at our new place. BTW, you can sign up for a free lego magazine that my kids love getting in the mail.
