Planning Klai's 8 year old BASH!

As my kids got older and we got more and more kids we decided to do a BIG birthday BASH every 4 years. The years in between we do smaller family parties, or outings with 1-3 friends. So Klai is turning 8 next month & I am prepping for her birthday bash. I am super excited because she will be of the age to REALLY help out in the planning & carrying out of the party. And Klai has decided to do a SUPERHERO party! I am stoked!

I googled for GIRL superhero parties...and I found tons. BUT I really like stuff from Hostess with the Mostess, she does AWESOME stuff.

Here are a few pics from a Vintage Pop Art Superhero Party.

So if you have any thoughts or ideas that I could do for HER party...let me know. I'm debating on making capes....or letting them decorate a cape. Or I could have them dress up in super hero costumes & make masks & have Super Symbols made for the kids to put on their clothes....THOUGHTS?

    1. love this theme. i saw it the other day and loved the game of leaping over the 'buildings'. it could be pretty easy to whip up a few capes and let the kids decorate with fabric markers or crayons. or masks are fun too.
