I’m excited that he enjoyed his time on the slopes. He also got to visit with good friends & family.
He was also glad he got to be spiritually uplifted, he REALLY enjoyed Church. I think mostly because he wasn’t corraling up these munchkins. I’m glad he got to do what he LOVES. I love giving the gifts that we remember the most.
Well my sweet munchkins were very good while daddy was a way. I hope I was good to them. We did some fun Valentine activities, mostly consisting of: eating lots of treats & chocolate & delivering our Valentines to a few friends.
And just as I went to the mailbox this afternoon I saw this boy come skating down the street holding Balloons & flowers. I stared as he came closer to me, skated right passed me & into my driveway, he was here for a renter. I complimented his good deed, secretly hoping inside that he was a delivery boy sent from Jase. BUT not crushed in any way, I hate to expect things on HIS birthday…how rude.
Well a few minutes later I came in & opened our fun Valentines sent by cousins & grandparents.
We had to call Jase to tell him of our treasures. He asked if I had been on the porch…Hmmm that’s a sneaky & odd question. So as giddy as a school girl I walked out to the porch & there were these:
Simply Beautiful. Even on his birthday, he thinks of me. How lucky I am to have him. He is a wonderful & thoughtful husband. He loves us so much.
And our kids, the only thing they ask of Daddy as he is away, is to build them a SNOWMAN! So at bedtime tonight, each child asked if he had built them a snowman. He said he would & he did. Late there on the mainland, way after 11pm, Jase builds our kids a snowman! I love him!
you guys are so cute!
how sweet.:)
oh, that is so sweet!! i love that he built a snowman for the kids. and the flowers, so purdy!!
