Day out with the Carter kids!
Summer is wonderful & I am super excited to be just a tiny bit closer to a good friend, the Carters! Our good friends are out in Vernel for the year & I can’t contain myself.
We decided to meet half way between our two cities, at Starvation Lake….really?! Starvation?! I’m a little scared…but that’s ok…I will survive. We drove, through the wonderful Uintah Mtns. and found a nice visitor place on the way to get some AWESOME Smokey the Bear souvenirs! This trip was off to an awesome start. After about an hour, we arrived to Starvation. There up high in the Mtns there is no cell reception, so finding our friends became a difficult adventure. Luckily there were few people at the Lake & we found them!
We love the kids & our kids love to be with their kids. Miss Evee is a year older than Rhye, but they love girly things & they love each other.
Here is the crew, some pirates, a few Hawaiians, explorers & friends! These explorers found dead snakes, crazy bugs & awesome pokeys.
These are the crazy pirates up close!
(Jayden, Shae, Asher, Wyatt….the foodie)
A little lovey before we head out, aren’t they the cutest!
A closer look at our Hawaii kids that are living a mainland life!
