TURF in parks!

Jul 12, 2013 | Family Life | 0 comments

When we first came through Heber City in April, we stopped off at this awesome Main Street Park and playing on all the awesome playground equipment and these SWINGS were the bomb! Who knew there was a set that fit all 6 of my kids?!
Of course the true test of awesome swings is how high you can swing and how far you can fly off them. If you’re Klai you get your priorities straight with holding the snacks….with your teeth!
Well when we moved in they had ripped down the park & put in a new one. The old one looked fine to us, but upgrades are always welcome. This new park has 2 HUGE play/climbing/swinging/bars/slides equipment. Its pretty awesome & keeps every age happy!

And my FAVORITE thing about this new park is the TURF…. yes they installed TURF!
If you could opt for ANYthing to put under the play equipment, I would suggest TURF anyday. It gets hot in the sun, but that’s the only downfall. No rocks to cut your legs up, or no woodchips to give you splinters, or rubber tar to burn your feet. This stuff is the BEST solution for parks. I hope they do this in more places.
