What are your favorite Thanksgiving dishes? Thanksgiving is an exciting time around here. We love gathering with family, enjoying a yummy feast, and remembering all of the things that we are thankful for.

With a family of 8, you can imagine how crazy cooking can get. Add in extra family members and cooking can get overwhelming! Most of you know that my kids help with meal planning and cooking during the week. Thanksgiving is no different. They help out and it is just another way that we bond as a family.
If you want to involve your kids in the holiday cooking (and I highly recommend that you do), here is a list I’ve compiled of easy Thanksgiving dishes that even your kids can cook. I have even included a list of dishes that don’t require any cooking.
Thanksgiving dishes to Cook
- Deviled eggs
- Jello
- Apple Pie Bites
- Stuffing
- Corn and Chive Pudding
- Pasta salad
- Cresent rolls or dinner roll
- Sweet potato casserole
- Mini Pumpkin Pies (with pre-made pie crusts)
- Turkey Rice Crispy Treats
Thanksgiving Dishes that don’t require cooking
- Cheese and cracker platter
- Veggie tray
- Ham Crostinis
- Spinach salad with pecans, apples, feta cheese & raspberry vinaigrette dressing
- Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, & basil sticks
- Charcuterie platter
- Spinach artichoke dip
- Ham & pineapple cream cheese rollups
- Smoked salmon canapes
- Fruit and veggie turkey
